20th century Slovak art.
...includes more than 1800 works, of which some 400 treat on themes of the Tatras.

Since 1993, the activities have expanded to embrace international
exhibitions - activities which have been assisted by the acquisition
of the old steam power station.
The space has made possible a larger scale of international symposia
and fine-art festivals. |

In 1996, the Tatranská Galéria created an additional gallery devoted to photography,
the House of Photography.
The gallery presents contemporary and historical photography,
emphasizing the Slovak and Eastern European region. |
